Hi Folks,
Looking for a good 3-5 day/wk Pre-K that is known for preparing kids well for kindergarten. Would love for it to be Christian based. Was thinking the Kindergarten teachers in the area might be especially good to recc schools that they consistently find have prepped kids well for their Kindergarten classes. Thanks in advance!
I have heard great things about Harvest Baptist off 377, but I don't have first hand experience with it. My son attended the preschool at the North Richland Hills rec center. That was a great experience for us. He was well prepared for kindergarten. It's offered half days M, W,F. The cost was VERy reasonable.

I don't have a answer but I hope you get some recommendations. My daughter will be 5 in march and should start kinder this yr but I've been a sahm with her since day 1 and im afraid all day school will be a shock! Im thinking about waiting till she's 6 to start and maybe use a pre k first. Good luck!
Fellowship Academy has a preschool. They are a Christian school and they have a 3, 4 or 5 day preschool. They are renting space from Lake Arlington Baptist Church while they build their building in Kennedale. Their phone number is ###-###-####.

I'm going to second Red Apple. I live on the other side of the Metroplex so my kids didn't go there but I have a good friend who's kids did and she and her kids loved it. She is a teacher, too, if that helps.
My son went to ECYC at First United Methodist Church in Arlington. They did a great job with their pre-k program. They can go 2, 3 or 5 days/week. It is Christian based and the teachers are wonderful. My son has done very well the first few months of kindergarten.
My 3 1/2 year old son goes to All Saints Christian Learning Center in Arlington. He started there at 2 and it has been a blessing. He is more than prepared for Kindergarden because they have an excellent curriculum. I have never once thought he was not being taken care of and learning at this school. In addition, he goes to P.E., chapel, and has music classes. Everyone that knows or meets my son states that he is so smart or advanced. I will take some of the credit but a lot of the credit goes to this amazing school. They offer programs on T-Th or MWF, or daily. I could never say enough good about it. Pantego Christian Academy in either Mansfield or Arlington. It has a 3 day and a 5 day program for 4 yr olds.. My son is in the 5 day program and I am amazed at what he is learning and doing. Much different from the 3 yr old program that he went to before starting at Pantego this year.
