There is a place called Next To New in Schwenksville right on 29.
I walked out because of the prices...so you might get a good deal there.

I have a large bag of girls clothes sizes 0-24 months that are new with tags, some from specialty stores, etc. I don't want to sell on ebay and already tried Craig's list. Can anyone reccomend a consignemnt shop in the area that is easy to do business with (I live in Phoenixville). Thanks so much for any suggestions!! I hate to just donate hundreds of dollars worth of new clothes :)

In Drexel Hill is a place called Kid to Kid that I think is very reasonable. It is a bit of a hike for you though.
There is a consignment sale coming up in August in Havertown. Here is the website... I believe the last time they had a pickup location in Malvern. I know you price the items yourself so this may be what you are looking for. http://www.springchickensale.com

The Little People's Shop is in Lansdale. They are pretty easy to deal with. Online at littlepeoplesshoppe.com
Hi!
There's a really neat consignment shop for children in Eagle (Chester Springs/Lionville area) off of Route 100 called The Pixie Cowboy. The lady who runs this has upscale clothes and as far as I know gives you a great deal on your consignment - gives you money up front or gives you credit for buying in store. Here's the information ... Pottstown Pike & Park Road. Uwchland. Pennsylvania 19480. ###-###-####. I think it would be worth your time to check it out and it's only down 113 a bit from Phoenixville!
Good luck!

Hi J.,
I live in Collegeville and dont know of any in the vicinity but there is one on my way to work in Wayne and I know there is one in Drexel Hill. If you need directions let me know. Also, did you try to look up places on line? These are the only two I am aware of. Thanks!

I don;t know of any place in phoenixville. But there is a place in Pottstown i think that it is called Evergreen. It is of Charlote st and down from the Turkey hill. They are nice and friendly. They want the cloths to be on hangers when it comes in.
Our church (in Bridgeport) has a children's consignment sale coming up in September. You actually get 70% of your sales, which is much higher than a consignment sale. The website for it is www.LittleAngelsConsignment.com I think the registration fee is 1/2 off until the middle of July. (And I hope you consign, because my daughter will be in 12-18 month clothes at that time! *lol*)
Hey J. -
I am pretty sure there is a consignment shop for ladies and kids clothes in collegeville (off of main streeet). I think they are not far from 3rd and main (where the wawa - up the road from davinci's pub).
Good luck!
If you haven't found a local shop. Try a site called GumdropSwap (http://gumdropswap.com). You can swap from anywhere in the US by sending the clothes your kids outgrow to this kids boutique in CT. It's instant gratification. As long your things are in good condition they don't turn down anything because of brand, size or season. They take everything unlike resale store like Once Upon a Child! They give you points to shop on the website and send the clothes that fit your kids. It's great if you don't have time, patience or know how to do consignment, Ebay, craigslist, tag sale, etc.
Butterflies and Blossoms is a great consignment place in West Chester on 5 Points Road. http://www.butterfliesandblossoms.net/
