I am looking for a new SUV that will sit 3 car seats across, better yet, big car seats (2 Britax already, and an infant carrier on the way). I like to keep them all in the same row so that I have room for my bob dualie in the back. Any one currently have an SUV that will fit three large car seats next to each other, and still have plenty of room in the back. Any positive/negative suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much in advance.

What can I do next?

If you are looking for an suv that will fit 3 bulky seats across you're going to have to go large SUV the honda pilot wont I have a booster (one of the larger ones) a britax marathon and I don't think I could fit an infant seat in the middle at all. So probably a suburban or a yukon, toyota seqouia, best bet is to vist a dealer and throw the carseats in there to see if they fit and how much room you have left.

I am also looking for one, So far i think my fav is either a toyota squoia, or the Volvo,
I know the volvo has 2 seats in front, 3 in the middle and 2 in the back.
I'm not for sure how the toyota is, i do know that toyotas last forever, my dad had a truck that is hitting like 400K miles and i know that volvo has the highest safety rating.
Hope that helps

I drive a Nissan Armada and LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It will fit 3 car seats easily. Plus it seats 3 in the back. So it holds 8 if you ever need to bring friends or want to spread the kids out (I have 3 kids and spread them out. But i put them all next to each other if I go grocery shopping or something.

Check out the Land Rover 4 (LR4) It doesn't look like a boat but it is very roomy in width. I love it! I have 3 growing boys and needed the elbow room when all three sit in the second row. It's a fun drive, too.

I have a Honda Pilot and I love it! It's roomy but it drives like a car. My hubby even likes driving it and he's a manly man who drives a big truck! i have a Graco booster seat on one side, a Britax marathon in the middle, and there's enough room for an infant seat on the other side when my next baby comes (I'm due in April!!!) I have 3 more seats in the back that fold down completely so there's plenty of room for a stroller & other stuff. The one downside would be that when you have 3 carseats in a row, there's no way to get to the seats in the back unless you take out one carseat or have someone crawl up through the back. Good Luck!!

Toyota Sequoia!!! We are on our 3rd Sequoia. Love it. We only have 2 boys, but have 2 Britax Frontier car seats and there is enough room for full size adult to sit in between. Not sure infant carrier would fit in between, because I know they are a little wide? I know it will be a hassle but I like the suggestion of going to the dealer and putting the seats in to see if they fit. No questions after that trial run. Sequoia has room for a total of 8 adults (2/3/3) and we have used the 3rd row with 3 adults (US Marines no less and they said they had plenty of room). I know that you can split the seats in the back (have one side in and one side out). And you still have a lot of room in the back. Just not sure you would want to split up the kids? We don't usually have the seats in the back because we have a large dog (130 lbs Mastiff) that we haul around with us. He fits just fine with one side of the 3rd row seats in, and we love that the back window rolls down (so does he...). Toyota Sequoia and 4Runner are the only models I know of that have a roll down back window. Good safety ratings, run forever and the only downside I find is that the gas mileage is terrible. We only get about 15-17 mpg. Supposedly the newer models (2008+) have better mpg but not by much 3-5 mpg maybe. Hope this helps! Good luck
