Hi, this may sound pretty rediculous but I am simply looking to meet some other moms in the Lawton area. I moved here about 5 months ago and have yet to make any friends, other than my neighbor who is 50 (I'm almost 29) I have yet to find a good paying job so I have nothing to do other than my school work and clean my house over and over. I'm about ready to crawl out of my skin if I don't meet some people. I love cooking and coffee and that is what my friends and I back home would do a lot together. I so miss interacting with adults! My dogs just aren't cutting it anymore. If anyone wants to give me a shout out, feel free. I would love to meet you.

If you go to Meetup.com and search for Lawton Moms we have a fairly large playgroup. Most of our moms are stay at home and the majority are military so you'll fit right in.
Hi Tera! My name is Kim, I am also the wife of an Army man. I am 32 and have a 7, 4 and 20 month old. I am a student at Platt College at the moment studying Dental Assisting. I have been in Lawton for 4 years now. This is a hard life to live and meet friends, but once in a while some really great ones come along. Most of the friends I've met here, have since PCS'd elsewhere. That's the life of the military. Maybe sometime we can meet and give each other someone else to talk to!
