balanced diet of lean protiens/veggies/fruit/whole grains plus exercise is the only way to take it off and keep it off for good! no it may not be overnight. fads are wastes of your money and whatever weight you lose will just come back. diet pills are dangerous.
If you lose weight fast, you will put it all back on and even more, its' proven, because it changes your metabulism, and then you can't eat as much and still gain, so the best way to lose fairly fast is don't eat fried food, junk food espically, it's cramed with caleries, and sugar. You can eat all the meat, veggies, fruit and you won't be hungry, and exercise. Not the kind that you go at it too heavy and hard right off, just some everyday. Walking brisk really helps, and alternate between it and some other kinds, but don't overdue or you'll want to give up . And you will be surprised how quick you lose inches. Don't worry about pounds, don't even weigh, because sometimes when you exercise the muscle weighs more, but your inches are smaller. I know you want a quick fix, but believe me, it always comes back with extra pounds if you do one of thosse diets.

do a simple search online for "lemonade diet" or "master clense diet". It's super easy and you will loose a ton of weight fast. It is a pre-diet thing. I did it once before and lost 20 lbs in 4 days, but you have to get a good diet afterwards otherwise it was a waste of time. Hope it helps!

You don't want to lose weight fast like that. You need to do it the old fashioned way if you don't want to mess up your metabolism - and keep the weight off!
It comes down to calories used vs. calories taken in. I suggest the following:
1. Leslie Sansone 4 mile "boosted" walking. Do this 6 days a week.
2. Breakfast: Have a fiber one cereal for breakfast (with skim milk).
3. Snack: Eat 1/8 cup peanuts between meal.
4. Lunch: Progresso soup (Look for soup with "0" weight watcher points)
5. Snack: Fruit or veggies
6. Supper: Lean protein, veggies, tons of salad with olive oil, vinegar, and spice dressing (you can make this yourself)
7. Snack: Fruit or veggies / or / 1 oz. whole fat cheese / or / cottage cheese / or yogurt (you can pick these for your other snacks too)
8. WATER! Take your body weight and divide it by two. This is how many ounces of water you need to drink a day.

I follow the weight watchers online program and its working very well. So far I've lost almost 20 pounds and its pretty cheap. Its around 60 bucks for 3 months, which I think is well worth it. There are so many tips and tools online to help keep you on track.
