Try Target? Their nursing bras weren't great quality but they did have smaller sizes.
Does anyone have any recommendations for quality nursing bras that are size "A." I'm a "38A" and am sick of baby stores telling me that the smallest nursing bra size that they have is a "C." If you know of any stores within the Chicagoland area (I live in Elmhurst) or any websites, please let me know! Thanks!

Huge fan of the Medela brand bras. If those do not come in the size you need, try looking into Elle Macpherson...I just picked one up myself and was really impressed they had my specific size (32 C, which many companies don't make), and holy cow, there were like 10 sets of hooks on the back, which I think will really come in handy as your band size may slowly whittle its way back to its regular size as your body changes after pregnancy!
PS - My hospital lactation consulants fitted me for a bra, and I bought my Medelas from them. But I saw that Gap Maternity sells them now too online & in store....the Elle Macpherson one I got at a fun store called "Hot Mama" - they have online at shopmama.com or locations in Glenview, Deer Park, and Evanston.
Go for the Bravado! bras. They're sort of like sports bras that unclip for good access. Super comfy. Not underwire. Worth their weight in gold, IMHO. You can get them at BellyDance Maternity in Bucktown (in the city) and probably elsewhere too. Or order online - cheapest is at www.breakoutbras.com last I checked.
Tina's Closet. She carries all bra sizes. It's located on Lisle. Just do a search and her website should come up.
