I lost my belly finally after my 3rd at 39 years old and she was a c-section. It probably took a year. The belly goes last. You can't spot train it away. Once the last few pounds are gone, the belly will go. It still comes back all the time though, so the battle never ends!
Add: water raw greens, fruit, whole grains, green tea (boost metabolism and is diarhetic (sp)
Cut: SUGAR (creates belly fat and makes body create more belly fat even if calories are reasonably low) salt (bloats) white flour, wheat stuff and yeast type breads. Stick to multi whole grains and Ezekial bread is the best. No red meat. High in fat and hormones and hard on your body. Junk food. soda.
