We are looking to switch our phone, internet and tv providers... any feeback on Wowway, At&T, or Comcast...?? We know we are paying way too much for what we have... price is the only reason we're shopping...

I have uverse for everything and LOVE LOVE LOVE it, price is right, customer service is always good. They are always willing to help with the bill, and I have never had and problems with the service. Good luck but I really think you will love Uverse

My hubby and I have WOW, I have had it for over 4 years since Comcast RIPPED ME OFF!!! I had AT&T before too, but not since they offered U-Verse. We have Internet/Cable with a cable box with DVR & High-Def for $80/month. We LOVE IT!

Hi, I recently had comcast til my bill went up nowi switched back to wow and my bill even got cut in half i have internet and hd cable and 2 dvr boxes for half the price i was paying at comcast..... comcast customer service i think sucks and they try to take ur money in any way they can...

We have Comcaset and all is well - TV, high speed internet and phone. Don't be afraid to ask and then negotiate on the phone for a great package price. When my introductory rate ran out and my bill skyrocketed, I called and was able to get not only better than my introductory rate, but also a free year of HBO, just by asking if there were "any other specials". I was totally polite and the guy was really nice. Maybe competition from other companies is catching up with them...

While living in my apartment, I had comcast. One of their technicians stole my ipod from my computer desk while my back was turned, and fight with them as often as I did, their terrible customer service wouldn't credit my bill, reduce my services, or replace my ipod. I even filed a police report!!!! I know it was the tech cuz I used it earlier that day, and after he left when I went to use it again, it was gone.

I now have AT&T Uverse, and its awesome. I got 250 in visa gift cards after signing up and there is no "introductory rates" like comcast, and I've never had an issue with the customer service. Edited my response to add that I pay 135 a month for internet & cable, I have no need for home phone, and I have HBO as a premium channel.

I have no experience with WOW.

We have AT&T for internet and phone we have Direct for the TV and we love the Direct. We use to have comcast since they were the only option for a long time and we got tired of interrupted service and the price kept going up. AT&T hasn't given us any problems for the internet or phone they are always very nice. Hope this helps

C. - I've been with WOW for the last several years and just switched back to Comcast. I got the same low price, they negotiated with me and they have way more HD channels.

Comcast has been working on their customer service. I have my own rep. His name is Von Thornton. His number is ###-###-####. He handled the calls for me after I negotiated directly with him. It was way less confusing and he was awesome!! Call him and tell him K. from Warren sent you. He'll take good care of you!

ok we have att uverse and love it. Our phone cable and internet are all in on low monthly bill. Plus if we wanted to we could have out cells added to the bill to but we keep them seperate. i Recommend Uverse

Hi C. We have Comcast Love it. The Internet is great fast, The cable is wonderful right now we are up and watching on demand Baby Boost, I dont know what I would ever do without Baby Boost. Finally the phone no complaints at all. Comcast always offers deals just call and ask. Good luck to you.

We just recently switched to ATT U-verse and are happy with our service. The internet and phone are great, were still getting used to the tv. The reason for my swtich was I needed wireless internet. I think the price is very reasonable for the services were receiving..

I know a few people in my area the have comcast and are happy with the service.

Hi C., I recently called my telephone/Internet service Century Link because we pay over $100 a month and I told her I know other people pay way less, but we did not want to switch as we have been with the same carrier forever and she tried every way she could and finally said I would have to call the disconnect line and tell them I was discontinuing service and see if they would give me a better rate. Sad!

We use Directv for cable and are happy, but I know we pay just under $100 for that with only Stars for movie channels and then all the other family, health, no sports, channels.

We have comcast and hate them! All the other posters say if there bill goes up that they just call haha well I have tried many many times to do that and they don't budge! It took them 6 months to bury a line and well the neighbor instead cut it in half bc it was in there yard so we had to wait 3 days for them to come. It has been a constant nightmare with them. My neighbor switched to U-Verse and has had no problem and pays less for everything she had at comcast. So good luck on what you choose I will be switching to U-Verse since finally they are in my area now.

We like ATT U verse, never had any problems with the tv, unlike when we had the dish and the tv went out when the wind blew. It costs us 130 a month for phone, internet and tv, we don't have any movie channels like hbo or anything.

Comcast is a rip off, in my opinion, however, if you want Uverse which is very similar to Comcast, but, you have to have STELLER credit to get U-verse; they wanted a 350 deposit as well as for us to set up EFT payments and would only for the first year, with the deposit allow us to have internet and telephone and then later, add the television service, despite the fact that we have our cell phones through AT&T. I don't know about Wowway, however, the main reason we looked @ switching to U-verse from Comcast is the customer service was awful, however, lately, the service has been pretty great; we just upgraded from just internet and tv to add phone service and we get all the movie channels, the highest internet which is like 18 mbps and phone for about 185 after taxes each month; we live in Ypsilanti. It's great having the movie channels for the kids because there are a lot of movies I like to watch on occasion, but not enough to pay 30 bucks for a blu-ray. Good luck!
