Your symptoms can point to conditions other than pregnancy, too, and this warrants immediate investigation with a physician. You should write down all of your symptoms to discuss at your appointment. Do NOT be dissuaded from discussing ALL of your symptoms and concerns. It's your body and your health, and your doctor should not brush off any of your concerns.
(As a side-note, 32C and 34B are "sister" sizes -- the cup size of these bras is supposed to be the "same", the difference should be a minor one in the chest strap ... a 32 chest strap fits 30-32-34 rib cage and a 34 chest strap will fit 32-34-36 rib cage, depending on where you fasten it - allegedly, BUT many bras vary by brand. The overall cup volume between a 32C and a 34B is the same - it's just the fit around the rib cage that is different. Have you been measured recently? It's always good to have a good and right-fitting bra in exactly your size. Also important to remember that bra sizes will fluctuate with weight gain and weight loss as well. The most important fit on your bra will be the rib cage band, as that's where the bra's support originates. It seems counterintuitive to go down in the rib cage size with weight gain or pregnancy, but I suppose it could happen.)
