Go to a vitamin store (or Whole Foods) and get one from the refrigerated section. They are the best ones. (They are in powder form. I add them to my son's water.)
Can anyone suggest a high quality probiotic for my toddler? Our chiropractor suggested giving my 2 year old some, but I cannot remember the brand he recommended...thanks!

You could try a smoothie drink called Kefir. You can by from Target or Whole food stores. It comes in many flavors, like strawberry, blue berry, vanilla, peach, plain, pomegranate and raspberries.
for info on Kefir vs Yoghurts see http://www.kefir.net/kefiryogurt.htm
and to see what it looks like see http://simplyhealthyfam.blogspot.com/2011/03/kefir-vs-yog...

I give this to my two and a half year old, plus Polyvisol for toddlers, plus Toddler DHA/Omega 3 because he is an extremely picky eater, with a very limited food span
I bought my daughters at the chiropractor's office iFlora.
I've used Culturelle for Kids with great success. There are coupons on their website and it is available at both Target and Walgreens.
Shaklee Probiotic - easy to swallow and guaranteed to deliver live 'good' bacteria to the colon - where it is supposed to work. I would like to help you. ____@____.com
I have given my son probiotics for a long time. I get him Nature's way Primadophilus. I get them in the refrigerated section at the health food store. They have chewable for the younger kids and smaller pills for the juniors.
Here's a great one.
This line is a powder that when mixed with water becomes the same pressure as your blood, sweat and tears so it's absorbed immediately into your body. Best absorbtion next to an iv. Your toddler will receive about 95% of the probiotics he needs rather than about 38% when taken in any other form where it needs to be broken down by the digestive system. My kids are on this line of vitamins so if you have any questions let me know.

I use 'Culturelle for kids' for my son. Works great. It's about $30 at grocery stores and drug stores.
We use Kefir and organic yogurts. Both of mine eat tons of yogurt!
Go online and find I-FLora for Kids. You mix the powder into a drink and it cannot be smelled or tasted. It is what our DAN! Dr suggested so I know it has to be good!
