Hi B.,
I would tend to agree (to some extent) with most of the comments about waiting till you wean the baby. I am nursing too and was tempted to do it, but am waiting. You can do a "detox diet" to help you out (there is one suggested in the Transitions Lifestyle System program that I am doing, which is eating low glycemic index foods, drinking lots of water and eating plenty of fresh veggies. If you want to do one later on, a mild one that takes 7 days you can read more about it on my web portal at: www.marketamerica.com/jendiehl if you go to that you can look it up and read more details (ingredients, etc..). One thing that I am taking while I am nursing that is good for both me and the baby and is fighting the free radicals is a powerful Antioxidant called OPC3 that we also sell. It is safe to take while nursing (asked my doctor too) and I know of several health professionals who use it and sell it. The results for me have been dramatic. I have not been sick (or the baby) since taking it and have more energy and feel great. I know of several who have had the same results. If you want to see more look it up on my web portal (click on OPC3 and then click on the "i" for more information and read the ingredients, scientific studies done and benefits, etc... of go to "maTV" to watch a short commercial about any products (under mamedia). It helps! I would hold off on the cleanse but either consider the Transitions detox diet (safe for baby) or the OPC3 instead. Let me know if you have any questions, feel free to call me at: ###-###-#### or send me an e-mail: ____@____.com. Thanks and remember to drink lots of water while you are nursing, that will help you both out!
Blessings,
J. Diehl
