OK, I am starting my second month on the Colonix, so I guess I can't answer about the full 90 days, but I can say that so far, I absolutely love it! I am a pretty healthy mother of one 20-month-old, so I wasn't looking to the cleanse to cure any dreaded diseases. I was just looking for a little help with my IBS. I was researching IBS online when I found Dr. Natura, and I figured a cleaner colon couldn't hurt, whether it improved IBS symptoms or not. And I have been so pleased with this program!
I have not seen anything like the frightening pictures you see on the website, but I have had a lot of "waste removal," and it has happened every day around mid-morning since I started. No frantic trips to the bathroom for me; just consistent results once or twice a day.
I didn't start it for weight loss, but that has been a nice side effect. Every day lately, someone asks me what I'm doing to lose so much weight. After only a few weeks, I noticed that my "pooch" was gone. I have always been a thin person, but I have had that pooch since college! I'm 34 now and have had a child, but my little belly is totally gone - flat as a pancake! And my pants are getting looser, too. I'm going to start trying on the "skinny pants" in the back of my closet soon! :)
I did have headaches for a couple of days, but after checking testimonials on the Dr. Natura website, I think that is a normal product of stirring up those toxins as they are working themselves out of your body. And I haven't had any more of those since the first week.
The best part is really how easy it is to do. Some pills and a fiber drink in the morning, and some tea at night. I even look forward to the soothing tea-drinking before I go to bed. And I haven't changed my diet one bit. I'm not a bad eater, but I do enjoy a cheeseburger more often than I should.
Two suggestions: the water really is crucial. I keep a 32-ounce cup with a lid and straw at my desk, and I make myself drink two servings from it every day. And I steep the tea longer than it says. For the first five days, I steeped it at least 5 minutes, and now I steep it for 20-25 minutes. That works for me. I got the tip from the website; going back to read more testimonials now that I'm doing it has given me more suggestions, info, explanations, etc.
Oh, and I upped the fiber to 2 scoops by the fourth week. Again, that seems to work well for me.
Bottom line: I love it, and I can't imagine who wouldn't benefit from it. I have my sister and mother doing it now. My hubby - well, we're working on that. We've been married 7 years, but we still don't share "bathroom" stories. And I'm OK with that! :)
Good luck with whatever you decide!
