my doughter 2 month ago we went in mountens in cold ,she usualy getting red alergic reaction in old wether her chiks get red ,bat this time when we came back she did not stop face feels cind of dry,sometimes gets red bat her belly is littele white rush fills like a seand sometimes if she dos not have anything on ,and tuch blanket or eny cind of hard material gets red spots ,can you tell me what is it i checked all the pictures ininternet nothing looks like this almous looks like goosebumps.thank you.she is 2 years old.
You need to bring her to a doctor. We cannot see what you're telling us and have no way of even guessing what it could be. Please bring your daughter to a doctor as soon as possible.
I'm also having a really hard time understanding your post...but it sounds like your daughter has had a lingering rash for a couple months. I would bring her to the doctor. It could just be eczema or it could be something serious. Good luck.

Go to Doctor right away... when you are dealing with the cold and extrem cold and there any lasting syptoms when returning from the cold go to the doctor right away. This is not something to mess around with and it sounds like it could be getting worse and not better, I have no clue what rush means (and looking it up on the internet I could not find any medical terms to get me on the same page as you).
