Please help! I'm looking for any recommendations on a great dentist for children to go to. My son is almost 2 and I read it's recommended they see the dentist around this time. I just want to see what other parents say instead of picking one out of a book. Any suggestions are much appreciated! Thanks! I take both my toddlers to Dentistry for Children on West Passaic Avenue. We see Dr. Lam, but I hear they're all wonderful. They have a playground type of thing in the waiting room, all the dentist chairs are sized for kids and they have flowers and other things for the kids to look at while they're working on them. They always explain what they're doing and are extremely gentle and fast. Both my boys love it and are always asking to go to the dentist. If you are near Old Tappan, NJ, I've been bringing my now 28 mo. old son to a pediatric dentist there since he was about 16 mos old. It is Andrea Mattia's office w/ eve & Sat hours.
Nearby is also Edward Fischer, also a recommended ped. dentist.
