Vinegar in the wash - add about a cup and that SHOULD do the trick
Good Luck
My daughter recently turned one, and so we hvae been transitioning from breastfeeding to a sippy cup of milk. She is super messy with a sippy cup (always has been), drooling/spitting all over the place. Anyway, even after being laundered her bibs stink like rotten milk. Any suggestions how to get this smell out? Thank you!

Try letting it soak in a vinegar and water solution for a few hours...over night if you like...before the laundry...it really seems to do the trick...then also add vinegar to the laundry water.
You could always prolong the breastfeeding - which is what WHO recommends and the AAP will be considering revising - breastfeed until 2 is optimal.
There is no magical cut off for 1 years old meaning there is no longer a benefit of breastfeeding. Breastmilk is so amazing that research companies are creating cows and goats that are genetically modified to create breastmilk closer to a woman's in order to charge thou$and$ for treatments of AIDS and Cancer patients with breastmilk.
I would add baking soda to the wash water.
Wash it in a load of whites that have bleach in them. Start the water and add the detergent and a bit of bleach. Then add the clothes. I even use this method on darks if I have left them in the washer too long and they have soured. I always fill the washer all the way before adding the darks though. That way they don't fade.
I wash light grays, whites, khaki's, light screen print tees, underwear, bras, socks, etc...anything that won't fade on to the other clothes in water with a bit of bleach in it. It lightens the light colors so the bright stuff shows up more.
I wonder if she's not developmentally ready for a sippy cup. Drinking from one does require a certain amount of coordination of muscles in the face.
You could rinse them out while they're still damp which would remove the milk before it sours.
Haha! I was reading the pregnancy nipple pain question right before this one, and then somehow this question/answers popped up and I saw the answers to let them soak in vinegar. Oh boy, that was a good laugh ;)
Anywho, that is all...
Oh, airing them out in the sun will sometimes help with the small too. (The bibs, not nipples...)
