Well, I have now lived in all three areas and if I could, I would go back to Beavercreek, OH in a heartbeat!!! We absolutely loved it there but unfortunately had to move because of my husband's job. They have a good school system, low crime, great mall, and within minutes to lots of great stuff. Air Force Museum to name just one!
Second choice would be Columbus - we're in the Plain City area which is a small suburb of Columbus. The Jonathan Alder schools are fantastic and my two kids are really happy here. There is lots of affordable housing, etc. and we're also within minutes of lots of stuff to do. (I would avoid moving to the Dublin area; way too snobby over there!)
As for Cincinnati, that's my hometown and of course I would love to move back but it's just gotten too busy for me. I've gotten used to the slower pace up here but it's still a great city. There are lots of things to do, they have great school systems, etc. There are several nice areas: Mt. Healthy, Deer Park, Groesbeck, White Oak; just to name a few. They have the Cincinnati Zoo is a great zoo; museums, etc.
Good luck!!!
