Not sure if they offer classes for such young children, but you could give the Bellevue Aquatic Center a call. http://www.ci.bellevue.wa.us/aquatic_center.htm

Good luck,

Overall I enjoyed the Waterbabies program in Bellevue. My son started getting more resistant to the water and when I quit my job I could no longer afford the swim lessons. Overall, the instructors are great. I also like the warm water pool. There is also the Wave Aquatics pool in Redmond: http://www.teamunify.com/TabGeneric.jsp?_tabid_=34267&amp.... I went there for an open swim and my son was shivering the whole time. There is no warm water pool. The Bellevue aquatics center does offer swim classes with a warm water pool. The scheduling just didn't work for us. If you are ever interested in underwater/swim photos, you may want to check out Sacha Blue: http://sachablue.com/. The video on the main page is my son who loves being in the water when he can just play. We started swim lessons at Waterbabies when he was 4 months old.

we have had our son in waterbabies since he was 6months old. The swimming experience has been wonderful. good teachers, great skills. They do things by ages so sometimes he stayed in a class (repeating it) several times until he was old enough to advance but this just enhanced and soldified his skills. He is now on his own in the pool at 3 years old. We are amazed at how much he can do and how much he enjoys it particularly compared to other friends his age who have gone through local community centers.

my daughter started when she was 18 months old. She just turned 5 and she can swim laps and is learning all of her strokes. It's amazing! Very calm & patient teachers. Highly recommended!
