Ugh...Any Suggestions on Cleaning up 'Exploded' Diaper Beads?

Those beads are super-absorbent polymer (SAP). (I used to work for a company that manufactured baby diapers!)

I really don't know the best way to clean them up, but I suspect that if you put another absorbent material over it -- like cat litter-- the other material will draw the liquid from the SAP crystals. (This is a method that's sometimes used in landscaping)

Call the diaper manufacturer and ask them what they recommend. .

They'll dry up and shrink to a tiny size when they do.
Once dry you can vacuum them up.
A fan might help them dry up a little faster.

This is the same stuff you can buy in garden nurseries to add to soil to help absorb moisture and then release it slowly to your plants.
Maybe you can shake the clothes off outside over your garden.

Did you try just putting everything back in the wash? I think that worked for us, though admittedly it's been a number of years.

I don’t remember how we cleaned it up, besides it being long and tedious.
I would call the manufacturer and see what they recommend.

Wait a day for them to dry and vacuum them up.
For the clothes, let them air dry, shake them out really well (outdoors), and then re-wash and dry.

for the load, dry as normal, they will shrink up and get caught in the screen. for the carpet and anything else. use a shop vac and vacuum them all up, ( wet/dry vacs work well for that sorta thing)
i speak from experience! when my son was a toddler, he got his diaper off after a nap and ripped it open, those lil bead things were flung to every corner of his room. it was a mess, the whole diaper was torn out and tossed about. that shop vac handled it, then i used clorox wipes to wipe down the solid surfaces because it was a pee diaper that he had flung! and i have washed at least 2 diapers, so i know the dryer will filter them out.
