If it is not expired and is unopened sell it craigs list or ebay....price it below retail for a quick sale.
I have left over formula (a LOT) that my son wont finish by the time he's on milk completely. I tried returning it to the store, but since I don't have my receipts, they wont take it back. If I did have the receipt, I'm told they "might" take it back, but can't reshelve it and it'll be thrown away.
How can I get rid of this so it doesn't go to waste? It's Enfamil with Lipil.
Thank you!

donate it to a food bank! there are plenty of people who could use it and can't afford it. call a local shelter or salvation army and find out where you should drop it off.
I agree with the majority here, Donate it. As long as it's unopened, You can donate it to local daycares with infant rooms, Churches, Purple Heart (I gave them my sons last 4 unopened cans), pretty much sky's the limit.
There is a non-profit which collects baby food/formula (un-opened) and distributes it to food banks, feeding those who cannot afford to do so. You can find them online at http://www.HelpPatrickFeedTheBabies.org and see if there is a location near you.
You can donate it to WIC as long as it is an unopened container. They then give it to families that are on WIC. You should be able to find a local office in the phone book.
Offer it to friends that have babies...or to your local church. I'm sure anybody that knows you would be happy to take it off your hands!
