Where Can I Buy Chocolate Transfers?

You have to order them online - no one in our area keeps a good/varied supply of them on hand. I do NOT reccomend Sugar Craft - everything they send me is packaged badly and damaged when I receive it. Some good sites are "Into the Oven", "Global Sugar Art", "CalJava", and (my favorite) "Oasis Supply". Oasis isn't the fastest, but they have several different companies, including Bakery Crafts, that they are a supplier for. I only use Cakes Amore and Cake Carousel for emergencies because their markup is so much. For instance, a cupcake stand is $8.99 at CC, but I can get it online for $4.79! It is much cheaper, even with shipping, to order all of my supplies in advance via online stores.

I don't know anything about chocolate transfers, but I have a recommendation for another cake supply store. Cakes Amore is in Plano at Spring Creek and 75. They are a lot smaller than Cake Carousel, but you can push a stroller thru it (unlike CC's tiny aisles) and the owners/employers are extremely nice and helpful (not always the case at CC - the owner of Cakes Amore even stayed open late so my husband could pick something up for me).
