We need two cakes for a celebration we are having for one son's Baptism and our other son's birthday. The party is this Saturday. We live in Allen, so it would be nice if the bakery is in Allen, Plano, Richardson or north Dallas. We were thinking of using
A & J Bakery, but can't decide if their cakes are worth what they are asking for. Thank you for your suggestions.

The Walmart @ Tollway/Park has awesome sheet cakes - they also make cupcake cakes and decorate it just like an invitation - I also 2nd the costco recommendation -there cakes are delicious - I love the buttercream frosting.

We love Celebrity Bakery at Watters Creek. They are not cheap but they have a great cake! I had a special order sheet cake which was the largest they had for about $60. TOTALLY worth it.

Also, Market Street right there at Watters Creek has quality products. I have not had their sheet cakes but the cheesecake is awesome.

We love Costco's cakes, too. They're unique for the price. Love the with white chocolate moose filling. Our favorite for the special decorated cake is Cakes Amore located in Plano at Spring Creek/Central on the northwest side. Also, Fiesta in Plano located on the east side at Parker/Avenue K makes a pretty good sheet cake for the price.
