I think this one, with the floating flowers is beautiful! They have an all-white version also.

i am confused about the dress for my niece who will be dressed as a flower girl in upcoming wedding of my sister.
I checked Flower Girl dresses (http://www.shopbriarpatch.com/) here of average price range, and liked few. Please provide me with few suggestions.

How old is your niece? I dislike anything with spaghetti straps for a child.
Will she be wear this dress for the one occasion or would you like something she might be able to wear again? The bride might have ideas about colors she wants.
I think a tea length dress is easier for girls to move around in.
A high waist / empire waist will also be more comfortable.
This one is cute (I'd go with a sky blue sash):

There are other places to look, too, and there are some very reasonable prices if you look for them.
This one is on sale ($29.95, and shipping is free on orders over $28.99):

There are many good choices for flower girl dresses on this website. I enjoyed looking at them. The prices are also very good. We have a lot of similar dresses at out store. Show the bride the website and ask her if one appeals. They come in different colors too so be sure she picks the colors too.
Don't forget that often the undergarments will make or break the look of the dress. If it is a full dress it will need a cancan style underslip to make it look like the pictures.
you should let your sister have the final say, it is her wedding. Tell her here are 3 with in my budget, which one do you like more?
Talk to you sister, see what she would like. My daughter got married and even though the bridesmaids wore burgundy the flower girl wore a cute dress that was white with a sash that matched the color of the dresses. She was able to use an Easter Dress. It was fancy and didn't cost a lot. Hopefully you can find something reasonable that the bride likes also. Good Luck!
What does the bride want? What type of wedding is it? Is it inside/ outside, formal, informal? How old is the flower girl? Those are a few questions to consider. If the flower girl's Mom is selecting the dress, which dress will look best on the flower girl. Does the bride want the child in a white/ off- white, or does the bride want the girl to match the color of the bridesmaids.
Good luck. The flower girls I have seen have always looked adorable, and have usually been in a white or off white dress.
It's up to the bride.
I think you should go with something that your sister likes and that would coincide with the rest of the wedding party. Also, depending on your daughter's age, you may ask her what she likes.
