Mamas I am desperate! I have put this off way tooooo long. Please let me know of any stylists with experience in cutting curly hair and highlighting it as well. Ideally, if you know of someone in the Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, areas - that would be great! Also - I do not need the full spa treatment. I am just looking for a place that is not super expensive and will do a great job (like any other woman - I want the whole kit and caboodle!).

I have been going to Matt for 10 years. I have curly hair which I also like to wear straight at times. So he cuts it to where I can do both. He used to do my color when I was in the workforce and my color (high and low lights) was always awesome.

I highly recommend Heather Barbee in Plano at Salons on the Creek (Plano Parkway/Alma) I have very curly hair and she has cut my hair for 12 years; she also cuts my nieces very curly, very long hair. She is a color specialist, amazingly talented, and affordable. I have had one other person cut and color my hair in that 12 years (desperation and Heather wasn't available) and the experience was good, not great. I have NEVER recieved a bad haircut, color, or highlight from Heather. Her number is ###-###-####, tell her Michele S. sent you. I go to Sivivon by Lifetime fitness in allen (121 and lake forest)....Abby does curly hair really well...and their colorists are great (you get seperate people).
