Looking for Advice, Inspiration, and Motivation!
I am having trouble losing ANY weight after the birth of my 4 month old. Obviously, I lost the initial "baby" weight, but the additional 25lbs is going nowhere. I know the whole "burn more than what you take in" concept; however, I feel as though my body has changed this time. Bloodwork says my thyroid is OK, but I feel like my body is just stagnant...like it needs a jolt. I am cutting down and exercising and growing more frustrated. Has anyone else had this problem?
