I would definately recommend a doula! I had both my kids at home with a midwife and a doula and it was amazing! Painful, yes, but amazing and totally worth it.
I highly recommend using a doula! It was the best decision we made. My doula is also a massage therapist that gave wonderful prenatal massages. Her name is Hannah....
