Three Year Old Will Not Sleep!!

My three year old daughter has never been a good sleeper. She did go thru a phase when she was in the early part of her second year where she slept well but other than that it has always seemed that nothing gets her to sleep. some nights are livable where she plays in her room, makes a couple requests, and falls asleep around 10 (Bedtime is at 7:30!). But many other nights she refuses to go to sleep. We have the same bedtime routine every night: pjs, brush teeth, read a story, put her brother in his crib, then i snuggle with her in her bed....

Bedtime Problems with 3 1/2 Yr Old

I'm at the end of my rope. My 3 1/2 yr old is fighting me at bedtime. Kicking, hitting, screaming, won't stay in bed and tonight he tossed his drink across the room at me. I keep trying diffrent things and nothing seems to work it has taken as long as 3-4 hours to get him to sleep. Every night we say goodnight to daddy, grandma and the baby and read books. Then it starts I have talked to him in a calm voice, raised my voice, put him back in bed over and over and over with out talking, nothing works he just goes into a wild fit. Any ideas on...

I need some advice on sleep issues for my 6 month old daughter. I feel her sleep is such a mess, I'm not sure where to begin. Granted, she has a minor cold right now so I know I have to wait for that to end before I begin any changes. Issues: Naps. She has always been a horrible napper, since she came out of the infant stage. They were never long enough. Now its hard to get her down let alone have her sleep long enough. Activities for Bored 2 Year Old.

My son drives me nuts all day long because he wont entertain himself. He has all the toys in the world, but he doesn't really play with them. He doesn't like to color, and he doesn't like playdough. I bought him a chalk board to play with, but he only wants to eat the chalk. I try taking him outside where he has a huge swingset and lots of water toys, but he wants back inside.
