Extremely Miserable Baby

My son just turned 8 months old and from the time he was born he has been unhappy. I seriously didnt think it was possible for a baby to cry this much. He cries throughout the day. He is so tempermental. I have 2 other children, ages 7 & 13. My oldest was somewhat cranky, mostly at night because she wanted to stay up all night and sleep during the day, and my middle child never made a sound not even when she was sick or hungry. 6 Week Old High-Need Baby

My son is 6 weeks old and wants to be held all the time, we have tried a bouncer, a swing and even the stroller but does not like to be in these places; he will cry endlessly until you pick him up. He does not doze off to sleep on his own rather he has to be rocked, nightime and daytime are the same as far as his crying goes. Baby Carrier Recommendations?

I just found out that I'm expecting my third baby. I'm wanting to get a carrier that I really love, this time. I'm looking for something that is VERY comfortable, I can put on/take off quickly, and is versatile for all sizes of babies. (Although I mostly expect to use it for the new baby, I may also occasionally want to carry my toddler in it.)
