8 Month Old with Afternoon Nap Issues

Hi Mamas, I've always gotten a good response from you all, so I thought I would try again with a new problem I have with my 8 month old daughter. I'm having problems getting her to take an afternoon nap. She normally goes to bed for the evening at 8pm and wakes up in the middle of the night for a feeding and wakes up in the morning at 8am. She goes down for a morning nap around 10:30-11:00 and sleeps for probably an hour to an hour and a half, if I'm lucky. How Do I Prep My 20 Month Old for the Arrival of Her Little Brother?

Hello All, I was hoping to get some info on how I can prep my 20 month old daughter for the arrival of her little brother. My Mother keeps telling me to get her a baby doll so she has a baby just like Mommie but my problem with that idea is she's not really into dolls.
