Generic or off Brand Diapers and Formula

Wondering if any moms use or have used generic or off brand diapers and or formula. With my first son who is now 4 years old I only used pampers or huggies and Similac but now with baby #2 I am wondering what experiences moms have had with for example Sams club or Target brand diapers or formula or even Babies R Us. I currently use Pampers and Similac(unfortunately went back to work and my breast milk supply pretty much went away) but would be willing to try something else for the price difference. Thanks for the advice in advance!!

Question About Formula

Right now I am feeding my daughter Enfamil Lipil. As you all know, it is very expensive. The big can is $23.99. That is a lot especially when you have to buy 1-2 every week. I was looking at the Publix brand formula and the ingredients match perfectly. Exactly the same stuff in each type of formula, but the price, wow, much cheaper! Can I get your thoughts to switching to the store brand formula. Why you would or would not switch. I have not talked to her doctor yet about it. Wanted to get insight from you all first. Thanks so much!!!

Soy Protein Allergy

I have an 8 week old son who is solely breastfed. He is in the 97% for weight and 50% for height. I cant help but think, however that he is allergic to something that is being passed through my breastmilk. He has several bouts of crankiness and has a rash on his thighs, upper back and face. We went to the doctor yesterday and he said it was just a baby rash and that I shouldnt worry about it. I still think something else is wrong.
