Hi there. I am 37 1/2 weeks pregnant and just SO READY for this little one to make her appearance. This is my third baby in 4 years, so I'm familiar with the waiting game of these last few weeks, but for some reason it doesn't get any easier! I am not sleeping well, am huge and uncomfy, and just anxious to meet my first daughter. Both of my boys were born at 40+ weeks, so I feel like I still have quite a wait. I don't do the induction thing, so she'll come when she comes, and it's horrifying to think I could possibly be pregnant for another month - YIKES!
Anyone else very close to delivering? What are you doing to pass the time? Are you ready (physically, emotionally?).

My daughter said the other day she didn't think their baby was REALLY going to come for three years. However, she and her husband went up to the hospital early this morning. We'll have a grandson any time now.
I always thought that starting to paint a room inspired a baby to be born. At least, it worked that way for me.

Hang in there and you are right not to want to have an induction. My daughters baby was born at 37 weeks and she had to go to NICU with a collasped lung. God bless and enjoy that little girl of yours when she gets here.
I am right there with you- 36 weeks! I do have to have a c-section(due to previous ones) so I do have an actual date- but I don't know if that helps too much. People keep telling me I only have 4 weeks left! but I keep thinking I STILL have 4 weeks left! I literally feel ready to pop!
To pass the time? I am trying not to complain too much! and yes, I am soooo ready!

Im only 24 and soooo jealous of you! I already feel huge and I have 4 more months to go! :(.....
I'm right there with you! With this ice storm, though, I hope baby will wait at least a couple more days. I don't think my husband wants to diver him while we're stuck @ home!
Be careful what you wish for. I just babysat yesterday for twin 2 week olds who have RSV. This is a the cold and flu season and those babies are warm safe and healthy where they are. Plus this baby will never sit this quiet in your lap again!
I feel for you! All of mine were late too. I just had my 6th baby 11 days late! Just think, you are keeping her safe during cold/flu season. You can do it!!!
awww hang in there! I was just so excited to see you are having a girl after two boys! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my two baby boys but it would be so awesome to have a little girl and experience raising both :D So, sorry I am not prego at the moment, but yeah both of mine were 40+ wks as well, hang in there!!!! Congrats on your new little one :D
