Costco... sells Orange Chicken. And it is GOOD.

I can be laborious to make yourself. You have to get boneless thighs, cut it up onto chunks, batter it, fry it... then make the sauce... and then combine the two.

My kids LOVE orange chicken too, from the Chinese Restaurants. I just buy it from Costco.

Here is a GOOD recipe for it, this one is supposed to be easy. From Panda Express. Theirs is GOOD.:

Ok so I don't have a recipe but I have a way I make it. I am too lazy to cut the chicken, batter it, and fry it. I just get the bag from Trader Joe's, and pop it in the oven. In a skillet I throw in whatever vegetables I like, usually broccoli, peas, carrots, and ocassionaly peppers (red and yellow). I cook them just long enough to get them soft with a bit of crunch (steaming them also comes out good), mix it with white rice, put the chicken over it, and add the sauce (that comes with the package of chicken)...DONE. =) My daughter loves it too. Good Luck!

There is one on either cookscountrytv.com or americastestkitchen.com. It is delicious, and not too difficult. They also have a good chicken teriyaki.

Orange chicken is sweet and sour chicken covered in sauce. I figured that out following a recipe once. You make a wet tempura batter and fry the chicken. Voila, sweet and sour chicken. Just google tempura batter recipe. You can then drown it in homemade or jar orange sauce. They sell some good ones in the grocery store asian aisle. While you'e there, but a bottle of sweet and sour sauce. I make a double batch of chicken and only sauce about a third of it because everyone loves the sweet and sour so much. Make some simple fried rice and It's a pretty impressive meal. Not sure where to hide the veggie puree, but i put peas and carrots in my rice and julianne carrots, onions and green beans into the orange sauce.
