I like playa Del Carmen in Mexico. The beaches are white sand and the snorkeling is amazing. There is a little town if you want to go out or you could take a ferry to Cozumel for the day. The snorkeling is amazing there, too. I think there is even a surf break on the far side of Cozumel. There are a lot of all inclusive places in Playa. You can also do a trip to Tulum to the ruins or go to Xelha (I don't know how to spell - pronounced "Shell'Ha").

Many years ago we went to an all inclusive resort in San Diego run by Princess cruise line. I don't know if it is still there, but we had a blast.

So, you're looking for an all inclusive resort in California? Sorry to say, there really aren't any. US resorts can't include alcohol in their pricing, which is why you don't see any in California or other states.

Would you consider Mexico? If yes, just google "all inclusive" and "mexico" and you'll see hundreds of choices.
