I would do a web search on night sweats, nausea, while pregnant, etc, etc..or try the site "wrongdiagnosis.com" unfortunately most doctor's usually can't figure out the root to health problems. They are trained to give drugs to "coverup" symptoms. so she'll probably have find her own diagnosis. She should ask for a blood check on all her vitamin and nutrient levels.

Nausea while pregnant can be a vit B or vit k defecicency, if she is also throwing up with that nausea it could be B3 or B5 defeciency.
Restless sleep and anxiety- low calcium.
look up defeciencies on these vitamins online and see if any of her other health symptoms jive.

She needs to tell her doctor immediately. Those are not good symptoms, especially the white visions.

Tell her to talk to the doctor!!! Not to scare you, but I had similar simptoms (nausea, "sparks" in my vision, nervousness, difficulty sleeping and finally abdominal pain) and I had HELLP syndrome and gave birth at 29.5 gestational weeks to a 1 lb 12 oz baby (she's fine and almost 2 years now).

It's probably nothing, but her doctor should definitely check her out. Urine test, blood pressure, and blood panel. If anything looks off (like my blood pressure was high for me, but not technically high), she should monitor her symptoms and call the doctor if they get worse.

Pregnancy feels differenly for everyone, but it's hard to tell what is normal for her.

I had troble sleeping when i was pregant. My legs felt like they wanted to walk of with out me! It was really irretating. She should tell her doctor about this symptoms. They don't sound normal to me. But i could be wrong. It could be related to her blood pressure if it is too high.
Hope you figure it out.
