Bakers - Need Help with Bread

So I am not a total ditz in the kitchen but apparently today I am. I am making some homemade white bread to go with some soup tonite, I busted out the family cook book and made my husband's aunts recipe. As I get the yeast, water and sugar proofing, I read on so I can be prepared for my other ingredients. It makes 3 loaves....this mama only has 2. What can I do with the rest of the dough? Can I make rolls? Same method? Thanks everyone!

What can I do next?

You can make rolls. The baking time will be less. Or form 2 larger loaves on a pizza stone or cookie sheet. Make them round or oblong like country loaves. Or, roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with softened butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and nuts, roll up and slice for cinnamon rolls.

You don't have to put them in loaf pans at all. Toss a little cornmeal onto a baking sheet and make the remainder into a ball (gently stretch and pull the dough all to one point until it looks round, and then put the "seam" underneath on the cornmeal). Proof it like you do the other loaves. Score it with a sharp knife if desired.

yes, you can make it into rolls or you can use a different shaped pan with similar capacity to make a different shaped loaf. Yes, same method to form them. Just use smaller pieces of dough. Place them loosely touching each other in a pan. And cinnamon rolls are delicious!

Yes, just pinch and tuck into balls about the size of a golf ball or little bigger, place in pan touching and let rise to double size then bake.
