My daughter is four and was in ballet when we lived in AZ. I would love to find another ballet school in the area, anyone have any recommendations?

You can check with your park district and surrounding ones. They usually offer some sort of ballet/tap classes. Not sure where you are but Hampshire park district offers some and my daughter has taken them 2 years now and was very happy with them.
I just had a women recommend to me Evolve in Rockford on Mulford and Springcreek. Right behind the Highlander. I haven't been there but reading the website it has instructors that sound like they have great experience. Good luck!
The only school I know of around here is in Rochelle, Kelly's School of Dance ###-###-####. My cousin went there for years and loved her.
Also, if you're new to the area, make sure you check out the Burpee Museum and the Discovery Center. My four-year-old and 2-year-old LOVE it when we go there! There is also a park off of Alpine Rd just south of State Street that has an amazing kids park with soft matting all over the ground so no one gets hurt! Good luck finding a school for your daughter :)
Hi C....my daughter danced at Forest Hills Dance Academy ###-###-####) for 2 yrs and they do a nice job and put on a beautiful recital. We are now at Studio 11 ###-###-####) Both are in Machesney/Loves Park area. I like Studio 11 a little more in that the facility is a little newer and cleaner and the instructors seem more friendly. They offer tons of different types of dance classes and the recital is pretty cool. Best of luck and hope you can find something your daughter will like!
Since you are new to the area, Loves Park and Machesney Park are not far from Belvidere or Rockford.
