Looking over house plans is something that's just fun for me.
Take a look at these (some are easier to search through than others):

You can also Google 'house plans' and many sites will turn up.
Enjoy!
For anyone that has built a house, any suggestions on where to start looking for blueprints? Any websites that are helpful? Thanks!

Our local library has books of house plans in many different styles.
Visit some model homes. Then you can see some plans and what they look like in 3D. Take note of the architect or building designer. Some sell plans of previous designs. If the designer is local, that's even better. The home will be designed for your climate and local codes. So the foundation will take into account the frost zone, wall thickness will allow for more insulation needed for cold winters, and they will know of any specific requirements in your town.
Before you spend money on house plans from a book, I'd consider talking to an architect or building designer. If you live in a cold but sunny climate like Denver, there is a lot you can do with site planning and building orientation to maximize sun exposure to warm your house in the winter and keep it cool in the summer. It doesn't cost any extra to turn you house on the lot to take advantage of free solar energy. Your house will be more comfortable year round and you will save money on energy costs in the long run.
I have lots of house plan books by type of house (2 story, ranch, cape cod etc.) that I have purchased at various bookstores over the years because I love design. I also have a book called "What Not to Build". http://www.amazon.com/What-Not-To-Build-Exterior/dp/B0028... This is a fabulous book that taught me about basic architectural and design and what works and doesn't work and why.
I also suggest you visit as many sample homes as possible.
