Camping - Fort Worth,TX

Turner Falls does not have enough cabins to accommodate that many people. I camp a lot and know of a few choice destinations. If you want lake camping, Beavers Bend Lake in SE Oklahoma is the way to go. Or Lake Texoma has plenty of cabins. My family had a family reunion there a few years back. Or, if you are willing to make the drive, the Illinois River is beautiful right now. We always stay at Peytons Place. They have plenty of cabins. Hope this helps.

I LOVE Turner Falls OK. I'm not sure if they have cabins to accomadate 30ppl though. Some could camp and some could stay at a nearby hotel?

Have fun! I don't want to be a downer. I know you got great location recommendations, so I am going to make a recommendation of a different kind:) I recommend that you find a place (if tent camping) that has good breezes, electirc outlets for fans and is near an accessible body of water.
Two years ago my hubby and I were going to Hot Springs AR and decided to take a day and tent camp - in late July - we sweat our tushies off and ended up driving to a motel at 2 AM after tossing and turning all night - LOL!
If we had done our research we would have realized it was in a valley (no wind) we did not have electric hook ups (no fans) and the area of the lake we were by was for fishing only, no "beach."
So from someone who botched it good once - and only once - these are just some lessons I wanted to share so no one else has to learn the hard way:)
