On the Chicago Park District site, do a facility search (click on Parks and Facities). A new page will open with a drop down menu. Select spray pools for one listing and water playground for another (two types of water facilities). Have fun! When my kids were little we drove all over the north side visiting parks with water play and other fun stuff.

Hi Sal, there is a nice park on Damen at Belmont. Has a large fun sprinkler and newer swings, slides. Very popular! Also a smaller sprinkler on California just north of Addison near Gordon Tech. This park is quieter but if you go further north on California towards Montrose there is a large park with swings, slides and a field house but no sprinkler. Also very popular is Portage park. Between Irving park and Montrose and about 5300 north. They have a fun zone for smaller kids, lockers, showers. They do run on a schedule which is nice. This allowes everyone to visit. Bring your own towels, lock and soap for showers. Also very popular and fun, woth the drive.

Indian Boundary park on Lunt just west of Western has a huge fountain the kids love cavorting with, along with a big duck pond and a fabulous wooden climbing playground donated by famous playground architects and installed by volunteers by the neighborhood. There's a mini zoo too, but that's mostly empty now. And tennis courts. Great park.

I know this isn't in your area, but well worth the trip. Adams Park (CPD) is in Lincoln Park and has a beautiful secluded playground area as well as a fenced-in splash area that my kids LOVE! It has a slide, buckets, a rope to swing on and water squirting all over. You can park on Clybourn and pay the meter and just walk over - 1919 N Seminary.

Not sure if someone already suggested this, but Brookfield Zoo has some. Don't know if you mind the drive, but it is pretty close to the city, about 20 mins...

There is a great park on the corner of Belmont and Damen that has a spraying fountain type thing. All the kids love it in the summer! It is called Fellger Park.
Hope this helps!

Although not in your area, Wicker Park and Holstein Park both have water features - sprayers where the kids can play and get wet. We love them!
