Hi, I was just wondering if anybody has tried anything that has really helped with baby acne?

M.,
I am sorry to say but I don't have an answer for you on what to use. But I can tell you my son had it pretty bad after he was a month old and he had the acne for over a month. The doctor said just to leave it alone and it will go away on it's own. My son is now 3 months old and his skin is finally getting back to normal. So all I can say is be patient and give it time. Like the doctor told me it does not bother the baby it really only bothers us mother's so true

It sucks, but nothing. Any product or even handling of it will just make it worse. It really does go away soon.
abc baby wash from arbonne is botanically based and very gentle. i can send you a free sample. if you would like to sample the product before you invest and money into anything.... mother of 113 11 8 and 18mths with a home based business and loving the money and flexablity with arbonne K. d
When my son had it, the doctor thought the soap we were using may have been making it worse (it was a mild infant soap - like Aveno). Dr. told us to ditch all baby soap and shampoos and to use only Dove unscented soap on his body and head. The acne went away within a week (though I can't be entirely sure it was the change in soap, or the acne just running its coarse). My son is 6 now and has very sensitive skin and we still use only Dove on him. We use Cetaphil moisturizer during the winter too. Both work great on sensitive skin.
Good luck!
Hi M.
All of my kids had it and it just needs to clear up on it's own. Products will only make the acne worse. It should only last a couple of weeks and then it will clear up pretty quick. All four of my kids had it and it usually took about a month to have it completely gone...once it was gone they had the most beautiful skin!
My daughter had it at about 2 weeks and I didn't do anything. It cleared up on it's own after about 2 weeks. I've been told and read that it's just the hormones coming out of the baby's skin. My daughter's pediatrician said there's nothing really to do and just let it works it's course...it's very common.
