We got ours at Sandy's, but like previous poster said, they also hav ethem at Payless.
There's a dance store at Grapevine Mills Mall on the same side as Rainforest Cafe, but closer to the JC Penny Outlet.

Kid to Kid in Plano has a big supply of tap shoes(resale). They also sell new ballet shoes.
I just got my daughter ballet and tap shoes last week! I got them at a place called "Upstage" which is in downtown McKinney. They have TONS of them! They really fit them to their feet and try every width and half size and make sure they are the right fit. Very important.
