I'm wanting to go to school and get a degree in Health Information Management. Do you guys know of any online programs or local colleges or career schools?
Northwestern University has an online Masters Degree in Medical Informatics - not sure what level of degree you are talking about. It's in their College of Continuing Studies.
UT at Dallas has great HIM programs. They also usually offer evening classes.
I am not sure if these schools offer the degree you are looking for but you can check them out. I can confirm these are all regionally accredited which is the highest accreditation you can receive. There are many schools out there that are either not accredited or nationally accredited. You would want to stay away from them for something like this. Here are the ones I know:

Colorado Technical University Online
University of Phoenix
Devry Online
Walden Unviersity
I know there are others but off the top of my head I can't think of them. I worked for an Online University for 5 years so very familiar with them. If you have questions, please let me know.
Sam houston does this exact degree, but they are not online - I am not sure how far you live, but it is about an hour north of houston
Check with all the local colleges and maybe even talk to the admissions counselor. I am sure most colleges will have a website that will tell you what they offer online.
