They are not transferrable and the adult tickets get a finger print scan, so the tickets aren't transferrable either.
OR can you buy a 4 day hopper and just go every other day to the parks?? Someone on here mentioned that the clock starts running when you first swipe it??
BTW - we're not going to buy the 'no expiration option' b/c we don't anticipate going back there. Thank you!!

You actually give them your fingerprint on the machine when you use the pass so I don't think it would be transferable.
The 'big' issue would be that you have 13 days from the first day of use to use them again. So as long as your aunt and uncle use them within that time frame you are good. But, no, you don't sign or show id.
we just went about 6 months ago. Bought 6 day hopper and used 4 days and another family bought them and used them for two days.
we did not sign our tickets and no questions were asked. there is a 13 day expiration and they were both used with in those 13 days all the way to the last day. The finger print may only be for season passes not reg tickets. just a guess
When we went to Disney in 2007 they used a machine that your finger in the first time used and every time you went in you had to use your ticket because they checked it each time. My mom was holding her ticket, my dads and my younger sisters and she had to write names on th back of them to avoid waisting so much time at the entrance figuring out who's was who's.
We did the hopper where you can visit multiple parks in one day because we like to mix up our day, eat lunch at epoct, go to which ever park
opened early or stayed open late for guests staying at a Disney resort.
Edited: I don't know about the 4 day we went longer an the one we did not go everyday. We would go one day and stay in and relax the next day.
If I remember right they do have your name on them and you may even have to do the fingerprint thing. Very tough to get anything past the mouse lol!
And don't waste your money on a park hopper add on. It take so much time to get in and out of the parks that it never seemed worth it to me to spend extra money to run around to more than one park in a day. With the exception of Animal Kingdom the parks take a full day+ to see everything.
Of course things might have changed, but when we went in 2008, the passes were not transferrable. In addition, the passes needed to be used for consectutive days. They warned us, even if we decided not to go to the parks for a day, we would at least have to enter the gate or the passes would become invalid.
I would say no they are not transferable and I believe they expire. You might want to double check though. I remember we got the three day pass and it definitely wasnt transferable and they definitely told us since the third day was suppose to be considered a free day it expired if not used within 6 months from date of first use.
