Hi,

We are in need to talk to a lawyer, someone that can give us advice before asking for the money. If we have a winning case, we would love to handle it to whoever can help us with it but if he suggest to forget about it then we don't want to loose time and money. We actually lost a lot already by trying to deffend ourselves.
It is too difficult since they don't allow to present many evidence without expert witnesses and court procedures, etc.
We have been billed wrongly by a dishonest dentist and want to do justice for the principle of it! We simple can not stand dishonest people to this extreme.
So if you know of someone please send me their phone and name so I can contact them and talk to him/her.
Thank you!

Hi, I would say David Holdsworth He is in Liberty, Missouri. He was unable to handle my case ofa diffrent matter but, he will give you very good advice and he is very in touch with community and if he can't handle it will find a great attorney to help you.
Good Luck,
S.

Depending on the size of your claim, you may be able to go through small claims court for a nominal fee.

Most attorneys will allow you one session for free to review your case and see if it is viable. Your case would be a plaintiff's case, so most attorneys (if they're credible) wouldn't charge you until the case is settled.

Ironically, I work for an attorney and my husband is a dentist, so I am involved in both professions. You can call the Metropolitan Bar Association at ###-###-#### to get a referral of a lawyer. Good luck.

Hi Mariana,
My name is L.. My husband, Ray, is a well established attorney in Kansas and Missouri. He owns his own small firm. He cares deeply about his clients. Give his office a call. Greg, who is the office manager, will probably answer the phone. Tell him I referred you to Ray. His office number is ###-###-####. I wish you the best.

Try someone at this firm, Shamberg, Johnson. www.sjblaw.com I have recommended them in the past and people were very pleased. I am not sure if they do your requested work, but if they don't, they can usually recommend someone. Also, most consultations with Plaintiff's attorneys are free when you have been damaged (i.e., lost money, been hurt, etc.). If someone wants you to pay money even to talk with you, you should look into someone else. This isn't always the case, but in your situation, it sounds like the type of case where a consultation would be free. Good luck.

Hello -
I'd recommend the office of Glenn Bradford & Associates located dowtown at 12th & Grand. ####-###-####. They work with medical cases frequently and will take the time to meet with you to help you determine if you should proceed or not. (and yes, I do work there--I job share as the Office Manager)
