Though I'm not questioning your diagnosis in any way, I still would like to suggest to you that there would be zero side effects from going completely gluten and dairy free for about 4-6 weeks, it's free (!), and it might offer some relief to your condition. The length of time is important, as it takes a long time for the dairy protein to leave your system, and it's also important to not just avoid bread, milk, cheese, and yogurt. There are countless sources of dairy that one might not suspect (breads, some processed meats, tomato sauces, snacks, etc.) and tough-to-discern sources of gluten as well (again, some processed meats, tomato sauces, snacks, vinegar, etc.). You can Google to your heart's content and come up with tons of resources.
