This is going to sound ridiculous, but it works (and its affordable): I have used brown colored eyelash mascara on my hair roots! It covered the roots really well! My friends were shocked and thought it looked very natural!
Hi... I was just looking online for some hair mascara to use in between coloring my hair. I have this Jay Leno white patch right in the front and I just don't have the time or the money to go dye my hair each month. So I was thinking of covering it up with hair mascara once in a while if I'm going some where important. However, there are so many different brands and colors and prices I don't know what to choose. I'm probably going to buy a brown one and a blond one since I have brown hair and blondish high lights. Please let me know if you use this product and what brand you like.
Thanks! =)

i just found Boyd's Brush It Away at a beauty supply shop. They
recommended it and I really like it. It goes on easily and looks better
than the "crayon" types.
I use it on the roots where my hair naturally falls in a "part" and the hairline around my face.
Hope this is helpful.
I use bumble&bumble spray powder. They have several different colors. Just spray it on the roots and it takes the oils away and covers the roots!
Here's what I use. It's from a line called Fixx. I love it. Fixx was designed to "fix" all of our problem areas. I also LOVE the no frizz from this line. I have straight hair but just love how soft it makes it feel.
