I am being told that the extra meat under my arms is called my change purse. Ughh Does anyone else have this issue?
What exercises will help get rid of the extra meat?

My follow up question is to the below mentioned link, has anyone been consistant with the excercise and see a difference?

There isn't a specific exercise that will help - it just takes losing overall body fat. A healthy diet, exercise, lots of water and enough sleep. Cut out caffeine, sugar and sodium. That simple. Not easy at all! But that simple and definitely doable!

my Mom's had it for years.....the grandkids used to sit in the backseat of her car & reach forward & jiggle it while she drove. She hated it!

Even my sis who's always been a size 3 has it. :)

Well, I did it one day. Psh, nothin' to it, right. Couple days later I had so much pain in my lower back, I thought it was a raging kidney infection. Actually had to go to the doc (which RARELY happens since I don't have health insurance). Pee was totally clear, apparently just strained muscle. Which I find EXTREMELY embarrasing, seems like such a simple kinda thing, right?

Anyway, I intend to start it again, I felt it EVERYWHERE not just cores, and in a GOOD way.

But I think I'll do a lot less of them to start, teehehe.

Course, if I screw it up again, I've still got plenty of naproxyn, loritab, and codeine left!

:)

My 9 yr old daughter calls it "bingo arms". I asked her why and she said "you know...because old people play bingo...and they have those...arms...." So happy she's learning such *important* stuff from her friends at school. So happy she considers me (and my bingo arms) *old*. Perhaps if we get a large enough *actual* change purse and fill it with quarters and do many triceps extensions with it, our fleshy change purse will slowly disappear.

I hate the tricep wabble..... Or bingo wings! Awful awful area.

Luckily unless you were once morbidly obese and lost the weight then this area is tone able. The best move I've found that targets this is a tabletop yoga position , point the fingers towards your butt/feet and do pushups slowly and concentrate on that area. Be careful not to use your back or legs to do the dip, only arms.

Do 3 sets of 12..... And then curse me the next day, lol

Another good one is diamond push ups.... Regular push ups but connect your hands into a diamond shape in front of your face.

Ya mean bingo wings?

It tends to be extra skin and the only thing that gets rid of it is plastic surgery.

Ahhh, chicken wings! My mom's side of the family has kindly passed them onto me... but I am fighting them by single-handedly performing demolition & construction on my fixer-upper house. I hear that yardwork also works. Good luck!

Yes I walk two miles everyday I took a month off n went back to it now need to find a different exec rise because I'm not burning enough or I have to go farther n do more like 3to4miles now. Walking is good n so is low weight usage for your arms.
