Once you are done with it, open your mouth up as much as possible and repeat the entire process for around 5- 10 times at one stretch.
Platysma Exercise: Platysma is basically a big muscle, which runs from your shoulder to jawline. Exercises help you in keeping your throat and chin very much firm. Now you are supposed to pull your lips back over your teeth along with turning down the corner of your mouth in the downward direction. Now open your mouth slowly followed by activating your jaw muscles. Now keep your mouth pressed very much firmly against your teeth and over your mouth corners. Make sure your neck’s tendons should be able to stand out. Lastly don’t forget to wiggle up your lower jaw up and down for 5-10 times.
