I would like to download some ring tones to use on my cell phone, I have Verizon. I have downloaded through vCAST and the some of the other applications that are on my phone under media center. What I was wondering is whether anybody has had experience getting ring tones over the internet, and if so which sites are the most reputable.
Thanks!

I like myxer.com. You can create your own ringtones from any music file on your computer, even select the exact part of the song you'd like to use. It's free, but they do text you your ringtone, so depending on your plan, you might have a text message fee.

Hi Mama-
I have a phonezoo account. It's totally free. While not all of the "brand name" songs are there, many of them are. You can search by genre or title and listen to them to see if you really like them- the whole tone. The thing I like the most is that since a lot of these are made by other people who like free stuff, the tones are longer- 20 to 30 seconds. All you need is an e-mail account and a password. I do not get any e-mails from them regularly except when I update my account, which is almost never.
I have used it for a couple of years now. Just make sure your phone has the ability to save audio text files as ringtones. Try one as a download, then click on options and save as ringtone. I have verizon, too, and my last phone (it was an older flip phone) did not work. But my EnV3 works great.
Good luck!
And you should never have to pay for ring tones. =)

I agree with Erin, I love phonezoo!! But if you have kids you need to monitor. There is some pretty foul language.
