Hello, I'm breastfeeding and wondering if any one knows about this guy I still have issues with going to the bathroom so a co-worker got me these intestinal formula #1 pills. Wich are supposed to help regulate. I was gonna call an advice nurse but they dont ussually know to much about herbal supplemants. Just wondering if any lactating moms are familiar with this. Thank you.
My mom loves Dr. Shulze and follows many of his protocols including the bowel formula and has never had a problem.
Hello, I am familar with Dr. Schulzes and have taken the intestional #1 pills. They are extremely helpful for getting regular. I used it while breastfeeding and its completely safe.
I don't know about the pills you're asking about, but have you tried taking magnesium citrate pills? They totally helped keep me regular when I was pregnant and I still take them now so I know that they're safe for breastfeeding.
Tell me what is in them and I might be able to help you. I have never heard of them so I don't know. Do you have issues with constipation? Or trouble urinating? I'm confused by your wording of your question.
