I use food.com (used to be called recipezaar). It's similar to allrecipes. I always get good ideas there.
I need new ideas for meals, Im going shopping tonight but I'm at a loss for what to get. Nothing I make sounds good. HELP! What are some meals you make? I do anything from scratch to slow cooker.

Look at the foods that are on sale in your local newpaper. Go to allrecipes.com and type the best deal foods into their computer. They will gve you a list of all of the recipes that fit the ingredients you typed in. If you make your menu's around what is on sale, you will save at least 25% off your food bill..
That is on the free side. Lots of information. No charge.

i like doing the different flavored chicken sausages with a sauteed brussels sprouts/bacon/shallots side, then also a roll of some sort; for my 7 year old i have do add corn because he still refuses to try any green veggies. i also like to do baked kale chips as a side; hamburger patties; roasted potatoes (though you said no potatoes); spaghetti with meat sauce (sometimes liven up with different types of pasta shapes) and garlic bread; whole foods has great pre-seasoned kabobs and chicken strips on skewers and beef strips on skewers; whole foods also does great seasoned patties - both regular size and slider size with good buns; i like to get the full roasted chicken from the store then add a fresh veggie or two...

My favorite recipe website is allrecipes.com. Whenever I get in a slump (like you, lol!) I spend some time looking around there and I always find at least ten new things I want to try. PLUS you can search by ingredient which is great if you happen to have a bunch of something on hand, or if a particular item is cheap because it's in season or on sale.
There is a charge to become a certain kind of member (?) but you can search, save recipes/read reviews and browse for free :-)
Pulled pork sandwiches (easy)
Fettucini alfredo w/peas & diced ham
Taco salad minus the tomoatoes
steak or ribs, salad, corn
fish tacos
Shepherd's pie (sub mashed potatoes w/cooked, mashed califlower or
just leave out period)
Meatloaf
Homemade pizza (if they don't like tomatoes even in the sauce you can
leave that off & just do olive oil, cheese, toppings)
quiche (eggs, ham, red onions)
rotisserie chicken, potato or macaroni salad
lasagna
white rice, grilled veggies (leave out the ones they don't like)
burritos (you can make them w/ground beef, just beans or shredded
chicken)

I have the allrecipes.com app on my iPhone, and I love it. There's everything under the sun on that site, and the app is great!
Some of our regulars in the rotation, all easy as I work full-time and kids have extra-curriculars. We cook EVERY night even though we're busy:
1. Homemade chicken soup (use store-bought stock to save time). Just add cooked cut up chicken, celery, carrots, seasoning, and egg noodles.
2. Roasted bbq pork (pork roast, season, chopped onion, pour over a jar of bbq sauce, stick it in the oven and roast until done and falling apart) I like it with mashed potatoes.
3. Crock-pot fajitas (buy pre-seasoned fajita meat at the store (either beef or chicken), throw it in the crock pot with chopped onion)
4. Crock-pot pot roast (pot roast, carrots, onion, celery, cream of mushroom soup if you want, potatoes, little bit of water, cook it all day)
5. Chicken & rice (cook seasoned chicken breast, cut up into bite-sized pieces, in a dutch oven with a chopped onion. Add rice and water per package directions, bring to boil, reduce heat, steam until rice is cooked). You can add green chiles for a kick but you said no peppers.
Fried rice - rice, mixed veggies, scrambled egg, and soy sauce. Pre-cook rice. Put into pot and add veggies, cook egg to the side. Then, I generally add 1/4 cup soy sauce to about 1 1/4 cups of water or less (depending on how strong you want it) and mix. Then add to the rice. Taco Salad ground beef, onions, and ranch style beans. If you like, add a dash of Catalina dressing. Then serve on top of corn chips. There's chicken and dumplings - I don't have my recipe memorized. Panko crust pork or chicken - tenderize and smooth, then fry up. Serve with stir-fry veggies - sugar snap peas, broccoli, etc. Enchilada casserole - ground beef, canned chili, onions. Cook and mix together, then layer on top of tortillas and cheese. Cooks in about 30 - 45 min. A favorite at my house, super cheap and easy, egg noodles. Cook ramen noodles. As soon as you put in noodles, crack an egg per package on top and mix in. You can also add pork, left over roast, or chicken and mixed veggies.
Woman's Day and/or Family Circle Magazine have a wonderful monthly calendar with simple recipes and ideas for stretching leftovers. We eat everything, so there are no "restrictions" for us, and but they have some really great ideas on how to stretch meals.
I also love semi-home made recipes with Sandra Lee from the Food Network.
I find that menu planning in advance makes everything so much easier.
It's hard to give specific advice because we ALWAYS have tomatoes, potatoes, peppers of some kind on hand. Unless you have an allergy, eggplant is a fabulous thing.
Just my opinion.
The magazines I mentioned have great ideas you might never think of, not just for food, but craft and decorating too.

My family has Wheat, gluten, all nightshade restrictions also. They love coconut flour battered shrimp with veggies. Raw veggies are the best. Also, pot roast, pork shoulder, and salmon. Try cauliflower soup made with natural ground sausage, blend up the cauliflowr, and veggies. So good! Good luck, and google Paleo diet for great ideas.
3# boneless, skinless chicken cut into strips or chunks. Put into a baking dish. Mix 1 can coconut milk with a pouch of dry peanut sauce mix. Pour over chicken & bake at 350 till chicken is done. 30 min or so. Serve over rice with steamed veggies. We usually use broccoli.
